FERRARI 458 ITALIA

Full-Body PPF & Dash Restoration

scope of work

INOZETEK INOCLEAR PAINT PROTECTION FILM
The 458's deep gunmetal bodywork was wrapped in Inozetek InoClear PPF for self-healing protection against rock chips, road debris, and swirl marks. Every high-impact panel was covered with precise, wrapped edges that disappear into the paint. The result is armor you can't see — just a flawless, glass-like finish.
PEELING LEATHER DASH REUPHOLSTERY
The factory dash leather had begun to peel and lift with age — a common fate for 458 interiors. We stripped the old hide and reupholstered the dash in fresh leather with crisp contrast stitching that mirrors the original craftsmanship. The 458 Italia badge was reset into the new panel for a seamless, factory-correct look.
COSMETIC PARTS REFRESH
Interior cosmetic pieces were addressed alongside the dash work to bring the cabin back to showroom condition. Carbon trim, vents, and surrounding panels were refit cleanly against the new upholstery. Every detail was dialed in so the restored surfaces integrate without a visible seam.
SHOW-READY FINISH
From the gloss black five-spoke wheels to the carbon-ceramic brakes and tricolor-stitched seats, the entire car was presented at a show-ready standard. The PPF amplifies the depth of the paint while the restored interior completes the picture. This 458 looks every bit as sharp as the day it left Maranello.

Project Summary

The owner of this 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia wanted their modern classic protected for the long haul and brought back to like-new condition inside and out. The paint needed a defensive layer that wouldn't dull its striking gunmetal depth, and the cabin had an all-too-familiar problem: a factory dash whose leather had started to peel. Our mandate was clear — protect the finish, restore the interior, and deliver a car ready for any show field. For a 458 this clean, nothing less than invisible, flawless work would do.

The Build

We started by wrapping the body in Inozetek InoClear paint protection film, laying tight, wrapped edges across every impact-prone panel to shield the paint while preserving its wet, reflective gloss. The self-healing film guards against chips and swirls without adding any visible texture or haze. Inside, we tackled the peeling factory dash — stripping the failing leather and reupholstering the panel in fresh hide with contrast stitching, then resetting the 458 Italia badge into place. Surrounding cosmetic trim and carbon pieces were refit to sit flush against the new upholstery for a seamless cabin. The finished car pairs a protected, mirror-deep exterior with an interior restored to factory sharpness. Protected, refined, and unmistakably ready to never blend in.
