GLOSS PEARL YELLOW COLOR-CHANGE PPF

We wrapped the entire exterior in Inozetek DPPF714 Gloss Pearl Yellow, laying the self-healing paint protection film directly over the factory red finish for a complete identity change. Every panel was wrapped and tucked for a factory-seamless look, with crisp edges around the hood, fenders, and rockers. The pearl base shifts between deep gold and bright yellow as the light moves across the body.

PAINT-MATCHED CALIPERS

The M brake calipers were refinished to match the new Pearl Yellow body, tying the wheels and fender arches into the overall color story. Peeking through the gloss black wheels, the yellow calipers deliver a high-contrast punch against the drilled rotors. It's a detail that reads clean from across the lot and sharper up close.

MAXTON AERO KIT INSTALL

We fitted a full Maxton Design aero package — front lip splitter, side skirt extensions, and rear diffuser accents — all in gloss black to frame the yellow bodywork. Each piece was dry-fit and aligned for tight, even gaps before final mounting. The added aggression gives the M2 a planted, track-inspired stance without compromising the OEM lines.

COSMETIC PARTS & TRIM DETAIL

Supporting cosmetic parts were addressed to complete the blacked-out contrast theme against the Pearl Yellow. The roof, mirror caps, and lower aero elements stay dark to anchor the bright exterior. The result is a cohesive two-tone presence that looks intentional from every angle.

Project Summary

The owner of this 2025 BMW M2 came to us with a factory red car and a simple directive: make it unforgettable. The goal was a full transformation — a color that nobody else on the road would be running, paired with aggressive aero to back up the attitude. We landed on Inozetek's Gloss Pearl Yellow, a color with real depth and shift that would command attention in any light. This was about building a car that refuses to blend in.

The Build

We started by laying Inozetek DPPF714 Gloss Pearl Yellow over the original red paint, wrapping every exterior panel in the self-healing film for both the dramatic color change and lasting protection. Edges were wrapped and tucked for a seamless, OEM-quality finish across the hood, fenders, doors, and rear quarters. The M calipers were then refinished to match the body, bringing the yellow all the way into the wheel wells behind the gloss black rims. To finish the stance, we installed a full Maxton Design aero kit — front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser detailing in gloss black — each piece dry-fit and aligned before mounting. The black roof, mirrors, and aero create sharp contrast against the pearl bodywork, while the drilled rotors and yellow calipers add aggression at the corners. The finished M2 shifts from gold to bright yellow as it moves, exactly the standout presence the owner wanted.
