Lux Auto was founded on the core principles that have made our Monmouth County shop a fixture in the automotive enthusiast community: Design. Protect. Perform. Every vehicle, every time.

Growing up in Marlboro, New Jersey, Brothers Joseph and Michael Vivolo shared a deep love of automotive culture. On a break from college, they came across an old S-10 pickup on the side of the road and decided to turn that old rig into a mobile detailing business. Over time, the Vivolos became known within Monmouth County automotive circles as uncompromising detailing experts who always put the customer first. 



In 2020, the brothers built on their mobile success and established their roots in a 5,000-square-foot Marlboro automotive studio space. State-of-the-art lighting, multiple lifts, and clean rooms for contamination-free PPF and ceramic coating applications are meticulously designed to service New Jersey’s finest automobiles.
