CUSTOM PAINT MATCH — 50+ EXTERIOR PIECES

The centerpiece of the build. We color-matched and refinished more than fifty individual exterior pieces — front and rear bumpers, over-fenders, hood scoop, rock light surrounds, bead-lock rings, and trim — each sprayed in-house to OEM standards. The result is a truck that looks factory-cohesive but exists nowhere on a Ford order sheet.

3-YEAR FEYNLAB CERAMIC COATING

Fresh paint deserves protection that lasts. We sealed the entire truck under a 3-year Feynlab ceramic coating — a hydrophobic, UV-resistant layer that locks in the gloss, beads off mud and water, and keeps every one of those fifty-plus panels looking exactly like the day they left our booth.

CUSTOM RAPTOR R DECALS

Detail is where a build earns its keep. We designed and printed custom Raptor R decals matched to the truck's blue accent palette, threading the theme through the whole vehicle so nothing reads as an afterthought. Bespoke graphics, dialed to the exact shade.

OEM-QUALITY FITMENT & FINISH

Custom shouldn't mean compromised. Every panel was finished and fitted to factory tolerances — no orange peel, no gaps, no giveaways. The kind of work that only looks "stock" because it's done right, on every single piece.

PROJECT SUMMARY

This Ford Raptor R came to us for one of the most extensive custom paint-match projects we've ever taken on. The owner didn't want a wrap or a quick refresh — he wanted a ground-up, fifty-plus-piece color transformation that would look every bit as unified and intentional as something that rolled off the factory line, only entirely one-of-one. A true flagship build, and a chance to put our in-house paint work on full display.

THE BUILD

Custom-printed Raptor R decals tied the blue accent theme together, and a 3-year Feynlab ceramic coating locked the whole thing under a hydrophobic, UV-resistant shield. The result is a $20K+ flagship: a fully custom Raptor R that reads factory-cohesive from every angle — and blends in nowhere.
